Secret Service U.S. (United States Secret Service) is a federal agency of the United States to impose law and is under responsibility of the Department of Homeland Security United States since 2003. Previously, its reliance was the Treasury Department.
Mission
The Secret Service has primary jurisdiction over the prevention and investigation of counterfeit U.S. money. The Secret Service was created on July 5, 1865 in Washington, DC as the "Secret Service Division, the counterfeiting of money.
