Stiff Neck Cold Like Symptoms

On Sunday 20 th, we all got together in municipal facilities Juan de la Cierva in the town of Getafe. We welcome all schools Lorkan Judo Club, La Cañada, Dulce Chacón, Salvador Dalí and friendship, that special day "Father's Day."

We had a judo session where they could share and enjoy the dads and some moms with children. The session was a warm-up with many games, a few drops where you saw a very active age, a new technique in judo ground "Kuzure kesagatame and a standing" Tai othosi ".. to finish the class and to relieve tired of all the dads, the kids got down to work and gave to their dads a great back massage.

At the end of act, all children judokas delivered to each of the daddies of well deserved medal.
